Little bit crunchy but tastes really good. A pretty filling breakfast smoothie to start off your day.
5 raw almonds
1 red apple
3/4 cup non-fat milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on medium-high for 30 seconds or until desired consistency.
This recipe makes one 16 oz. serving.
When I was looking at the original recipe, someone commented that they added a spoonful of peanut butter so I did too. I liked it with the peanut butter.
