Yes, this is similar to a previous one but I have to give you all the ideas. Blueberries and bananas are so good together!
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup milk
1/2 large banana
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This time I actually took a picture before I devoured the smoothie.
You can use fresh blueberries but I prefer when my smoothie is really cold, which means frozen berries.
This recipe makes 2 servings.
