I just got a blender for my birthday (Ninja brand and it is ultimately AMAZING) so I have been making a lot of blended drinks, especially for breakfast. Best part is a smoothie is much quicker to make (and therefore enjoy) compared to a hot breakfast.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp. liquid honey
1. In blender, blend ingredients until smooth and frothy.
I don’t really have anything to say, this is just too easy. This recipe will make 2 servings.
Oh I did replace the honey with agave or you could completely skip it. I also used a whole frozen banana (adding the extra banana also meant more smoothie, less sharing).
