Corn on the cob is my guilty pleasure. Instead of the classic boiled with butter and salt, I have started trying new ways to enjoy this amazing vegetable. Here is one way.
Butter, softened or in a spray bottle
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat grill.
2. Butter corn. Sprinkle with fresh dill. Wrap in foil.
3. Grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Unwrap, add a little more butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
This time around, I actually didn’t have corn on the cob but the flavours were too perfect to go with my meal. So I actually used canned corn and made it all in a pot.
