Now that I am back at work, I’m going to need some more slow cooker meals! Here is a new one with a pork roast.
Heart and Sole… get it? Artichoke hearts and sole (the fish). Oh what a play on words. And a play on the taste buds! I loved the sole, but wasn’t overly crazy about the pasta because the sauce has white wine in it and I don’t like wine. Sam really liked it though! And this recipe came for Rachael Ray’s Every Day magazine.
This fantastic 1 dish rice meal comes from In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita and the moment I saw it on the show, I knew I was going to love it! This fried rice meal is actually completely baked in the oven and all in 1 pot!
A friend of mine suggested this recipe to me and it was fantastic. I had never cooked eggplant before and I was very excited to try! And this makes for a very filling and awesome vegetarian recipe.
OH MY GOD! These ribs are fan-freakin-tastic! I love ribs, and I really loved these ribs. I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture because they were gone instantly!
Another slow cooker recipe for the books. Not a huge fan of this one, but maybe you will like it. But the awesome thing about this recipe is that the recipe makes 2 batches and you can make it ahead and freeze it! No need to thaw.
A yummy salad recipe to help you clean out your fridge. Just about anything could go in this salad. I will put the recipe I found but below, under “My Experience” you will see that I did not follow it to the tee and just used what I had. On the plus side, salad means I do not have to cook which is perfect in this heat!
Working 8 hours a day plus 3 hours travel time on the bus… I’m getting A LOT of use out of my slow cooker. And here is another of the wonderful recipes I have stumbled upon.
I love garlic. This recipe is very garlic-y. I love easy recipes. This recipe is easy. This recipe is amazing!
Made these for supper but good nonetheless! Once again, this lovely recipe is from Best Recipes Ever. Man I love that show!
