I got this recipe from the Food Network. I had some chicken breasts in my freezer that I wanted to use up in a new way and since it is summer, I looked for a simple grilled chicken recipe that didn’t require marinating (because I didn’t have the time) and this is what I found. Best part is the whole process of prep and cooking only takes about 25 minutes.
I’ve been buying a lot of ground pork lately because it has been on sale and I really love the change up from ground beef. When looking for a burger recipe, this one from the Food network caught my eye (ok, maybe the bacon in the recipe caught my eye).
This is the first time I’ve cooked a whole fish (minus the head) and I think it was a success. Granted, the fish was cleaned and headless, I was pretty impressed with myself. Not only does grilled whole fish look impressive, it’s often cheaper than buying pre-cut fillets at the fish counter. I bought frozen from the grocery store, but if you go to a fish monger, you can probably get fresh.
This recipe is great for the BBQ, the oven, or even a campfire. It’s a bit of a twist on my favorite potato recipe when I was growing up that my mom used to always make.
BBQ season is around the corner and this recipe just craves a BBQ grill (too bad I had to improvise). The flavours for this salmon marinade turned into glaze is phenomenal!
Saw this recipe on my favorite show EVER (Best Recipes Ever that is!) and I just had to make it. Especially for my boyfriend who loves everything spicy (I toned it down a little for me).
