I don’t have sweet potatoes often but every once in a while I have a craving for it. This time, let’s try baking it!
I decided that I wanted to have a Greek feast with pork souvlaki served as a gyros with a side of these Greek lemon potatoes. I was surprised at how they were crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. Perfect side dish for my Greek feast.
This delicious casserole is both Gluten Free and pretty easy to make. Especially since it uses canned tuna. I also loved the combination of the coconut milk with the sweet potato.
I’m usually not a huge potato fan but I could have eaten a lot of these (I’m sure the cream and cheese helped). It is still a nice change to the classic baked or mashed potato.
I had tons of potatoes at home and didn’t know what to do with all of them. So I decided to make this wonderful veggie filled Swiss casserole. The meal even got the approval of my boyfriend’s grandmother while she was in town visiting us.
Crispy, slightly spicy, and baked sweet potato fries. A very nice, healthy side dish that helps fulfill your craving for fries.
This dish has so many flavours and so many core ingredients (meat and seafood and veg amazingness!). Easy to throw together. Only not so awesome part is that you have 3 cooking steps. But worth it.
Always for a new way to spice up a side dish of potatoes and this recipe is an awesome addition to the rotation! Pretty easy to make too and would be great to use left over boiled potatoes or you can make some extras for tomorrow’s dinner!
This recipe is great for the BBQ, the oven, or even a campfire. It’s a bit of a twist on my favorite potato recipe when I was growing up that my mom used to always make.
Super easy roast pork with a very garlic-y crust that pairs wonderfully with these sweet potatoes. Very simple prep for this one, maybe 20 minutes to prep, then 2 hours to cook, plus a little extra at the end to serve. Just make a side of veggies and your done! This recipe is from Canadian Living.
