Such a quick, easy and tasty meal! This recipe is pretty darn easy, using frozen shrimp and canned creamed corn along with other common pantry items. There wasn’t too much extra that I needed to buy for this In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita recipe.
I had my very first shrimp tacos a couple months ago at Red Lobster and I loved them. Well that means I just have to try to make my own. And they turned out amazing!
A new way to flavour an oven-roasted salmon and we loved it! Very glad I bought a huge salmon fillet this week at the store (extra leftovers!).
This is the first time I have ever used rice paper wrappers and it was a total success! These spring rolls were very tasty and actually pretty filling.
Wow. This may have just became my new favorite go to meal on a busy week night. Ready in less time than it takes to boil the water and cook pasta. It’s a good thing I always have shrimp in the freezer.
The tapenade gives the fish plenty of flavour with the mix of lemon, olives, capers and sun-dried tomatoes. This dish makes for a very healthy meal with only 266 calories per serving of 1 filet.
This dish has so many flavours and so many core ingredients (meat and seafood and veg amazingness!). Easy to throw together. Only not so awesome part is that you have 3 cooking steps. But worth it.
Holy cow this salmon recipe is amazing! Maybe my favorite salmon recipe yet? And the teriyaki sauce alone is phenomenal. I’m really glad there is leftover rice that I can devour for lunch tomorrow with the extra teriyaki sauce. Yum!
Not only is tilapia good for you, this tilapia recipe will even help you burn fat just by eating it thanks to the cayenne, ginger and dried mustard! I found this recipe on the Eat-Clean Diet website but renamed it because I didn’t like the name of Keep-It-Tight Tilapia.
BBQ season is around the corner and this recipe just craves a BBQ grill (too bad I had to improvise). The flavours for this salmon marinade turned into glaze is phenomenal!
