The other day my fiancé came home from work with a huge container of feta. I didn’t want to make myself sick of eating Greek salad so I found this recipe to use up some of this yummy (and free) cheese.
Super simple side dish that I love. I don’t eat beets quite as often as I would like because I hate having to boil them and I find it makes a mess. This roasting recipe however is a lot less messy, just as easy as baking a potato, and just as good as boiled (if not better).
I decided that I wanted to have a Greek feast with pork souvlaki served as a gyros with a side of these Greek lemon potatoes. I was surprised at how they were crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. Perfect side dish for my Greek feast.
I made this recipe to top my Pork Burgers but obviously coleslaw is always good on it’s own as a side. I cheated and bought a pre-made coleslaw mix so all I had to do was whip up this awesome dressing and I was good to go!
I’m usually not a huge potato fan but I could have eaten a lot of these (I’m sure the cream and cheese helped). It is still a nice change to the classic baked or mashed potato.
It’s that time of the year again! Oh how I love corn on the cob. Usually I boil it but after making this recipe, I will never boil corn again!
Easy guacamole that only takes about 10 minutes to make. Great to serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for fajitas or tacos.
I thought it was about time I try making my own salsa and this is the recipe I found. Pretty easy to make and tastes really good. Much better than what you would buy at the store.
I decided to make sausages for supper (gluten-free chicken wieners for me) and you can’t have Bratwurst sausages without sauerkraut.
A simple way to add some veggies and amazing flavours to your steak. These sautéed mushrooms and onions are meant as a topping for steak but can be used in many other ways.
