Yes, you read that right. I made this bacon jam as a DIY Christmas gift this year for the men in my family. When I saw this Martha Stewart recipe, I just couldn’t resist trying it. And what man doesn’t like bacon? I also brought some to work and although skeptical at first, many of my coworkers really liked it.
My grandmother sent me home with half a pound of ground venison and 2 tiny sirloin venison steaks. I wondered, how can I feed 2 people with this? And the answer is: Chili!
This dish has so many flavours and so many core ingredients (meat and seafood and veg amazingness!). Easy to throw together. Only not so awesome part is that you have 3 cooking steps. But worth it.
Meatless Monday #12!! Can you believe that the first time I ever make lasagna, I make a vegetarian lasagna? Smelled amazing, tasted fantastic, and only took about 15 minutes to prepare.
Super easy slow cooker rib recipe! Ribs plus 5 ingredients. Most of which you already have at home! And the added bonus: it’s cooked in the slow cooker.
Best beef slow cooker recipe I think so far! Super tasty and really easy to make. I mean, common, it’s a slow cooker recipe! Who doesn’t love slow cooker recipes? And the broccoli stays a little crisp too since it is added near the end.
Now that I am back at work, I’m going to need some more slow cooker meals! Here is a new one with a pork roast.
A co-worker of mine mentioned that they would like to use their slow cooker more often. I then realized that I haven’t posted a new slow cooker recipe in a while. So I found this one to use up the roasting chicken that has been in my freezer for a while.
This recipe costs just over $5 and 8 hours to makes! I don’t usually like tomato based sauces and I actually enjoyed this one.
Meatless Monday #3 and it’s a slow cooker dish ready in under 3 hours. Just throw in all the ingredients and wait. So easy!
